What Does This Below Ultrasound Indicate?

I'm 57y/o fe . US of abdomen/pelvis done for hx of freq UTI's. USshowed mildly enlarged liver and enlarged distal renal collecting system. Fatigued alot. recent couph and congestion, now cleared. Take OTC aspirin and fishoil, vitamins, mag oxide, glucosamine chondroitin. RX meds: gabapentine, hydralazine and metoprolol. Obesity, prehypertension. No other medical problems. Saw a GU guy...will have a CT of Gu system, followed by a cystoscope due to UTI with Proteus Mirab. Ck for stones) . Any comments?

1.The ultrasound report says there is enlargement of the liver.
2.This is seen in the infective / inflammatory changes in the liver.
3.Enlarged distal collecting system means - there might be a stone / mass causing obstruction and dilatation of the collecting system.
4.Need some work up if cardia and medical conditions support that will help to ease of the symptoms.
5.A CT KUB will helps to evaluate the obstruction and cystitis can be treated with antibiotics. Good luck.
