What Does This Below Ultrasound Indicate?

Hi,
I'm 34, found a lump, and after mammogram and ultrasound, these are my results: Lobulated hypoechoic mass, dense shadowing, through transmission, slightly indistinct margins, internal vascular flow, mass measures 2.4 x 1.2 x 1.9. Birad category 4. Going for biopsy soon.
Do you think it is malignant?

Welcome to health care magic.

1.The ultrasound breast suggest a mass lesion with characterisation of malignant features.
2.Indefinite margins, internal vascularity suggest most of the malignant features.
3.So its categorised as BIRADS Breast Imaging-Reporting and Data System
4.BIRADS IV - There is a mammographic appearance which is suspicious for malignancy - biopsy should be considered for such a lesion.
5.the definitive diagnosis will be after BIOPSY - suggest further evaluation. Good luck.

Hope i have answered your query.
