What Does This Blood Report For Vomiting And Headache Indicate?
My brother age 22 is having a very high headache.we did a blood test .His Neutrophil count is (74) and totat W.B.C. count 9200. WIDAL TEST result is SALMONELLA TYPHI O is 1:80dilution(+) other negative and SALMONELLA TYPHI H is 1:40 dilution(+).My brother is vomiting just after taking some liquid like lemon water,tomato juice.

WIDAL TEST SALMONELLA TYPHI O is 1:80 dilution(+) have clinical significance.
During first week of the typhoid, widal test will give low titre.
I would suggest to repeat the test after 8-10 days.
Take following advises:
Tablet azithromycin,Tablet pantoprazole plus domperidone
Tablet paracetamol, tablet mutivitamin
Take bed rest, healthy diet, drink plenty of water
