General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Such type of picture can appear in infections. Although as there is no light chain restriction, there is nothing to worry about blood cancer.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Loveleen Sharma, General & Family Physician
