General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

The deviated septum can cause repeated attacks of cold / excessive nasal secretions. These dry up, form a crust sticking to nasal cavity and forceful removal of the crust can cause bleeding.Self care:
Please stop poking nose.
Apply a softener like plain Vaseline to soothe the crust and then gently remove it.
Avoid repeated colds by avoiding allergy.

First thing you should do is consult an ENT surgeon, get the cause of nasal bleeding confirmed, diagnosed and follow with specific treatment. In case you need to take medications orally and it does not suit you, injections are other options along with treatment for ulcer continued. Get better on both the fronts. Dizziness and nausea can be due to the ulcer, proper treatment of the ulcer is equally important. This all over treatment with balanced life style are the remedy for your problem.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.
