General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

Based on the history and the result of lab tests your daughter seems to have relapsed (re-infected) typhoid fever.

An attack of typhoid fever does not provide long lasting immunity from a future episode so there is a likelihood of re-infection on further exposure to infection. Advised to consult her doctor for further treatment.

Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Mohammed Taher Ali, General & Family Physician
