What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

i have taken itraconazole cap for 21 days for treatment of fungal infection. i have a back pain. i examine my blood after one day later of medicinal course. my U/A-7, urea-45, CREAT-1.58, BS(f)-80. is it a sign of kidney disease ? KUBP - X-RAY OR USG ? WHAT IS THE PROCESSES ?

Hi welcome to health care magic....

Here according to report you are having esp high creatinine that normally should be below one and urine urea also slight high with presence of protein in urine...

The back pain also present...

So USG done to rule out any organic kidney cause if present...

If needed IVP can be done for further work up....

You have not mentioned which site fungal infection you have....

If no organic cause found than This might be as side effect of itraconazole...

Clinical examination and follow up is needed....
