General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi welcome to health care magic....

According to your report picture is hemolytic anemia and jaundice with lymphocytosis....

Your detail history needs to be taken along with physical examination for liver and spleen palpation...

Lymph node palpation also done...

Atypical lymphocytes also can be seen in infectious mononucleosis like viral cause...

Your liver enzymes also high, so USG done for it to rule out hepatitis. ..

Your cholesterol level high that should be corrected with drugs for lower cholesterol like atorvastatin after getting rid of acute infection condition..

So it's your physical examination that will determine that whether it is just viral infection or needs detail evaluation....

Clinical follow up regularly needed for you

Advise : With keeping these in mind consult physician for examination and further work up
