What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

I just got lab results back from a company health fair. I have been feeling really cruddy for a few months. Here are my symptoms: Extremely tired, weight gain, sometimes urine smells bad/strange, and had 3 nose bleeds in the past 10 days. My lab results showed a white cell count of 2.8. My absolute neutrophils are 1103. Any ideas?

you had not provided full reports..
so it is difficult to say anything...
but bleeding 3 times in 10 day is worriesome...
so revert me with all reports...for better help
