What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

I have had two complete blood work up for my annual physical and both are resulting in low reading for: White Blood Count - 2.8L, 3.3L, RDW 16.1H, 15.8H, Iron and Ferritin were run on second blood test on 11/1/19 with results 19L for Iron and 7L for Ferritin. Prior to contacting my physician, I would like to know some possibilities for the low reading. All of my other readings were excellent and I feel I am in excellent health. Can you assist?
