Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your report shows lymphocytosis...

But here Absolute lymphocytosis should be ruled out.. For that total wbc count needs to be known

Your work up done as follow..
-detail history includes cough history also
-Auscultation
-Chest x ray
-ESR
-PS examination
-Liver, Spleen palpation

There are many causes for lymphocytosis
Viral infection, syphilis, tuberculosis, mononucleosis, autoimmune disorder etc are some causes

As you have weight loss history tuberculosis ruled out by first lymph node palpation and chest x ray..
Then if needed further work up for TB gone

If you still have mastitis then FNAC can be done from swelling if present

Consult nearby physician or surgeon for examination and correlate clinically for lymphocytosis..

If no cause found repeat CBC after week

Hope your concern solved
