What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

Hi.. My follicles always grow slowly and many times it does not rupture naturally and thus becomes a cyst prolongating my period to 45 to 60 days. I m currently undergoing Acupuncture session to get good quality eggs. Last two cycles I did not ovulate and it resulted in cyst formation. This cycle at starting I had a cyst and currently on my 16th day. 12th day dominant follicle measured 12*0.8 mm and 15th day it measured 15.5*10mm. What medicine I can have to rupture my follicle and to speed up its growth? My blood reports taken on 21st Feb 2017 is as follows: FSH - 5.76 mIU/ml , LH - 2.91 mIU/ml , E2 - Estradiol- 52.85 pg/ml &TSH - 4.160 µU/ml and currently taking Thyronorm 25mcg.
