What Does This Blood Report Indicate?

I recently had a CBC come back with MCV of 98, MCHC 31.4, metamyelocytes 2, myelocytes 4 and Lymphs (absolute) 3.6. All were highlighted as being high except the MCHC, which was low. Just wondering if this is alarming or pretty normal. Thanks, Jan
