What Does This Blood Report Signify?

Hi my 5 years old Daughter has fever since 3rd of July17 evening which was 103 on Friday now it is persist between 99 to 100 despite as per advise of Doctor I given her Meftalgesic P 5 ml @ 8 hours since 7th July evening along with Zify 4 ml two times. Earlier I given her Dolo 250 mg 5ml 3 times. Today I get blood test for her for S.Typhi IgM (ICT) which shown result Weak Positive. while for CBC below result Packed Cell Volume (PCV) 34.00 - 40.00 % 33.00 RBC Count 4.00 - 5.20 mill/mm 33.85 MCV 75.00 - 87.00 fL 85.70 MCH 24.00 - 30.00 pg 28.60 MCHC 31.00 - 37.00 g/dL 33.30 Red Cell Distribution Width (RDW) 11.50 - 14.50 %14.20 Total Leukocyte Count (TLC) 5.00 - 15.00 thou/mm 33.4. Kindly advice

hiii.welcome to healthcare magic.i have gone through your reports.blood reports are normal.if she has typhoid means ,kindly feed her bland diet.antibiotics like ciprofloxacin,twice a day will be helpful .topid sponging will be helpful in decrease the fever.contact your physician if no improvements occur.hope my answer would have helped you.
