What Does This Blood Test Finding Indicate?

Hi doctor my test dated 23 July states creatinine 2.8 .blood urea serum 73.7 bun serum 38.4 total protein 6.6 albumin 4.0 g/DL globulin 2.6 Uric acid 7.6 phoshphorous 3.4 mg/DL calcium 9.7 sodium 137 mmol potassium 3.5 mmol potassium 3.5mmol please advise the only symptom I get is itching I m taking medication for diabetes and hypertension

As per the given results of the lab tests, the findings are suggestive of renal (kidney) failure secondary to diabetes and hypertension.
I would advise you to consult a nephrologist for further evaluation and treatment which may involve dialysis and renal diet.
