What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

My test shows Plasma Glucose F at 116, Plasma Glucose (2hrs PP) at 178, total cholesterol at 245, Triglycerides at 108, HDL direct 51, LDL direct 121, and my doctor has prescribed me with Biotot 10mg 1 tablet at night. What would you suggest doctor, as I am in need of a second opinion.

Sorry, I do not know what is Biotot 10 medication, but looking to your lab results, you need more diet control on your blood sugar and lipid intake.
