What Does This Blood Test Report Indicate?

Hi, I am Tapan Rout (28/M) from Bangalore,India. Since last three days I am feeling very weak. My head and eye are paining. Also cough is happening. My test details below. Please suggest me for recovery. Test Result Haemoglobin 14.6 grams/dl Total count 3.800 cells/cumm Differential count Neutrophils 78% Lympocytes 15% Eosinophils 05% Monocytes 02% Basophils 00% Platelate count 1.48 lakhs/cumm RBC count 6.65 millions/cumm PCV 50.1% MCV 82.7 cu microns MCH 23.5 pg MCHC 26.6 % ESR 18 mm/hours Urine test report Albumin present + sugar nil bile salt traces bile pigment absent Uronilinogen abesnt Pus cells : 8-10 / hpf Ep s cells : 1-2 /hpf Rbc s : 5-6 /hpf Please help me to recover from this. Hello,

As per my clinical experience, the low Total WBC count does indicate possible bacterial infection with low immune system response. It is the underlying pyrexia of unknown origin, which gives such report and complains of head and eye ache with weakness and lethargy.
