General Surgeon 's  Response
Hi,

As per my clinical experience, the report showing borderline high levels of SGPT, gamma glutaryl transferase and significant alkaline phosphatse do indicate possible pathology involving either biliary drainage system or liver. Following details are very essential to proceed with this query:
- Current complains as of abdomen pain, vomiting if any
- Status of appetite, fever if any
- Altered bowel, bladder habits

- ultrasound of the abdomen & pelvis with echo texture findings of liver, gall bladder, cystic duct and common pancreatic duct.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further. Take care.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel, General Surgeon
