Dear welcome to hcm. Thanks for choosing us.

Your blood tests suggest that you have got typhoid infection. Typhoid is a food or water borne disease. . Widal positive is a test indicative of typhoid. You need to take a course of antibiotic (fluroquinoline group or cephalosporin group) for two weeks. Since antibiotics are prescription medicines get it prescribed by your doctor. You can do retesting after two weeks but you will feel improvement much before that. Morever widal may remain positive for longer time, so don't worry. Take good nutritious diet.
