What Does This Blood Test Report Mean?

27 y/o male. 6 2, 277lbs. No significant medical history. Had some blood work done for insurance purposes. All results were normal, except uric acid was on the high end of the normal spectrum at 7.6, and my SGPT (ALT) was abnormally high at 80. The pamphlet given to indicate what each test is for is vague. What does this mean.
