What Does This Blood Test Report Mean?

Greetings, last week I went for a blood test and yesterday the report has revealed that my AST (SGOT) and ALT (SGPT) values are still extremely high compared to the previous blood test result taken last year. The current readings are AST (SGOT): 78 and ALT (SGPT): 153 (50, 136 last year). I am a 22 years old male, never smoke, and only drink once or twice in a year. However, I sleep very late every night, especially during my college days (average 2 to 3am every night). I tried sleeping early (1am this year), started exercising a few times a week, but my condition has yet to improve.
