What Does This Blood Test Report Mean?

I had recent blood work for physical. In the past I had a bone marrow biopsy and cancer was ruled out. I also was given iron (like 700 mg) for about three months...I'm female age 49, no children, no major health issues...HDL low and overall cholesterol in low risk range. I'm 149 lbs. I have the following counts that are low:wbc 3.0, rbc 3.82, hct 35.5 , neutrophil (A) 48.8, eos (A) 0.3, neutrophil# (A) 1.5
what does this mean...do I have an unknown infection, allergies, how can I interpret this?

Hello and welcome to HCM,

A past history of iron supplements suggests that you have had iron deficiency in the past.
What is the current hemoglobin levels?
If the levels are still low, you need to continue the iron supplements.
HDL is good cholesterol and thus its levels should be high i.e. above 60 mg/dl.
The levels of HDL can be increased by increasing the intake of poly-unsaturated fatty acids (PUFA).
Omega 3 is rich source of PUFA. It is present in fish liver oil.

The normal white blood cell count is between 4000-10,000 per cubic millimeter.
However, the differential and absolute white blood cell counts need to be known to know the cause of low white blood cell count.
The differential white blood cell counts posted by you are not complete, thus, you need to post the results again.
