General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hi,

You are vitamin-D deficient. Vitamin-D 60k can be taken one capsule or sachet once a week for 4 to 6 weeks. It can be taken with milk. Apart from the given values, blood hemoglobin, thyroid levels should be taken. Any scalp conditions such as seborrheic dermatitis, fungal infections, alopecia areata, should be ruled out. Nutritional diet intake is a must. Vegetables and fruits should be consumed regularly. In case of early onset baldness, hair transplant can be considered.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Saranya Ramadoss, General & Family Physician
