Hello,

Thalassemia can not be confirmed by this report. For confirmation of thalassemia, you will need HB electrophoresis report. For infection, you can need a total count (TC). So get done TC and blood culture reports to rule out infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care
