CERTAIN VIRAL FEVER ARE KNOW TO CAUSE LYMPHOPENIA WHICH WAS THERE IN YOUR MOTHER'S CASE. HOWEVER MOST OF FEVER TEND TO SUBSIDE BY ITSELF NOT CAUSING AND RESOLVING SELF. RDW IS FORMATION OF NEW RBC WHICH SHOWING MARROW ACTIVITY.
RED BLOOD CELL DISTRIBUTION WIDTH IS NEARLLY NORMAL .
