Hi
You are probably mentioning about urine examination findings for pus cells and RBCs. In that case, she is having urinary tract infection, which has to be confirmed with urine culture and sensitivity to give antibiotics. Blood results also point towards a infection, probably bacterial. She has to take lots of fluids to come out of uti and start with urinary antiseptics as prescribed by the consulting doctor
Regards.
