What Does This Blood Test Result During Pregnancy Indicate?

I recently had a blood test that shows HSV 1 IgG: 25.80 and HSV 2 IgG: 0.91.I am 36.0 weeks pregnant. I had an outbreak about 10 years ago that was vaginal (during a time I also had mono) but nothing since then. How would you interpret these numbers and should I be concerned about my pregnancy.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello dear
I understand your concern
Do not worry
Positive Ig G indicate past infections.
IgM antibody indicate the active/present infections.
But you have just Ig G positive.
It does not affect the pregnancy.
Consult the gynecologist and manage pregnancy accordingly.
Past infection does not affect the pregnancy outcome.
Hope this may help you
