What Does This Blood Test Result For Delay In Periods Indicate?
I am taking Bromocriptine and glucophage as per my doctors advice. Doctor said that my blood work does not look like a typical PCOS patinet but my prolactin levels are little elevated which she said ,they normal come down.I am on day 39 of my cycle and still no periods. Is the medication causing any problem in missing period this month?

If you are sexually active then pregnancy needs to be ruled out.
The increase in prolactin is the likely cause of the delayed periods, this is one of the common causes.
PCOD also causes period delay as well so if this is present then this would be contributing.
You should continue the treatment as prescribed and consider discussing your concerns with your doctor.
