What Does This Blood Test Result For Delayed Periods, Mood Swings And Fatigue Indicate?

Hi.I havent had a period in 4 months. Along with thag ive had many symptoms.night sweats,Hot flashes occassionally,Mood swings,Tired,Weight loss,Dizziness,Constant mild ache in my right lower back.I always feel like im goinv to start my period and/ or ovulating.Went to my doctor got bloodwork. My results are very concerning,FSH 73,LH 56 HCG 6,Progesterone 0.7 Estradiol 117 pmol/l Prolactin 4 Thyroid was normal
