What Does This Blood Test Result For Fatigue And Fever Indicate?

I have been very fatigued, can only take a few bites of food before feeling really sick, one minute sweating very badly, sometimes running a fever, and on my right upper thigh have been having severe pain and now there is a bruise on it had a blood test about two weeks ago and it was all normal except my wbc and my lymphs (absolute ) I just want to know what is wrong. What to do

I suggest, irrespective of result or other diagnosis, pl take Haridra tablet (turmeric) and Tulsi tab (holy basil extract) and Guduchi tablet (Timisoara cordifolia) preferably of Himalaya herbals.
