What Does This Blood Test Result For Recurrent Itchiness In The Skin Indicate?

I have been suffering with itchy skin for years now. It s not an allergy, there s no rash, it s random. usually my ears become warm, then the itching starts on the inside of my arms and legs, sometimes my lower back. It s a prickly itch that can sometimes last for hours. I ve tried everything to relieve it. Oral and topical benadryl, caladryl, xanax. I ve discovered that icing my skin helps. My doctor has done blood work. My liver seems fine except this last time, my HDL was low. I am at a loss. Any ideas?
