What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate For Leg Pain And Night Sweats Indicate?

Concered about son s blood work. His age at the time was 4y6m.WBC 6.6,RBC 5.18 ,HEMOGLOBIN 13.3,HEMATOCRIT 41.1,MCV 79,MCH 25.7,MCHC 32.4,RDW (cv) 14.6,RDW (sd) 41.9,PLATELET COUNT 523 (WHY!!!!!),MPV 10.5,LYMPHOCYTES 60,MONOCYTES 9,EOSINOPHILS 4,BASOPHILS 0 Why PLATELETS COUNT is so high? His doc never ordered follow up test to recheck. He sometimes complains about leg pain. He also sweats at night (however ever since he was small he sweated). PLEASE advise!

His blood test is normal. Even if platelet count is higher then the upper limit its not alarming. Moreover, leg pains are not associated twith it. You can give him one tsf of syp pacetamol whenever he complains of pain.
