Sir,I am 44 years old woman. my blood result are as shown below.Why it occur? What can I do for this? SGOT(AST) 66 U/L 33 Without pyridoxal phosphate Serum,SGPT(ALT) 125 U/L 34 Without pyridoxal phosphate Serum,Alkaline Phosphatase/ALP 268 U/L 105 IFCC-p-NPP Serum

Hi welcome to the health care magic

Your liver enzymes are elevated here as per report..

Hence liver causes has to be searched for like fatty liver, non alcoholic hepatic steatosis, gall stone etc...

Investigation done for that like USG abdomen and serum bilirubin estimation as primary work up..

If needed udiliv can be prescribed for that and avoid excess fatty foods...

For fatty liver fruits, vegetables consumed more and regular exercise beneficial..

Take care

If no liver causes present than other work up done...

Consult physician for examination
