What Does This Blood Test Result Indicate?

My 5 year old son has a Platelet count of 500, MCV of 71, other CBC components within range, however WBC has dropped to 6.4 from past results. He has some infection in his nose from a recent cold; but also has occasionally mentioning being tired more than normal. He is normally a picky eater, but his appetite has been lower than normal too. Any concerns?
