This is from a bone marrow biopsy report What does this mean? -normocellular marrow with maturing trilineage hematopoiesis and mild plasmacytosis ~5% -flow cytometry showed the plasma cells to express and excess of lambda light chain -moderate increased in iron stores

The bone marrow biopsy report shows elevated plasma cells with expression of lambda chains suggest plasma cell dyscrasia.
I suggest you get serum protein electrophoresis after consulting your treating doctor to rule out the possibility of multiple myeloma.
