Plain CT scan of head & brain was obtained from the base of vertex as 5&10 m thick Axial section in series without section. Finding: here is a ring like enhancing lesions without centeral speck in left posterior parietal lobe with perifocal edema. he cisternal space ,cortical sulcii are well visuallsed and appear within normal limits. The ventericles are normal in size. The infratentorial compartments show no abnormality. No intracraniai haemorthage noted. There is no shift of midine structure. The skill vault bone , pituatary fossa,parasasal sinuses, internal auditory conals,meati. . Appear normal.the eye balls,optic nerves & saft tissue,scaple are normal.
