What Does This Breast Ultrasound Test Result Indicate?

My ultrasound from last year found a small peri-areola cyst (4mm) at 3 o clock position with no dilated ducts. Benign.My ultrasound done this week (at a different breast clinic) found a dilated duct with internal debris measuring up to 4mm in the 3 o clock position (same breast as last time). This time it was given a Bi Rads 3.Is a cyst and internal debris close enough to the same thing or should I clarify this?

Both results shows same things and your bi rads report suggests that the lesion is "probably benign."
