What Does This Cbc Report Signify?

My mother s cbc shows a few things out of range: segs = 8, lymphocytes = 91, monocytes = 1, abs lymphs = 21, abs monos =.2 would you please help me understand the severity of these abnormal results. We know that she has CLL for the last 5 years but now she has lost a lot of weight and is very week . Thank you

Hello and welcome to HCM,
The CBC report shows elevated number of lymphocytes.
The current CBC has to be compared with previous CBC.
If there is elevation of lymphocyte count and total white blood cell counts, there is possibility of CLL relapse.
CLL relapse is also characterised by increase in white blood cell count, increase in leukocyte count, anemia, splenomegaly, lymphadenopathy and / or thrombocytopenia.

If any of the above mentioned features are present, there is suspicion of relapse.

Consult your treating doctor at the earliest.
