What Does This Cervical CT Scan Report Signify?

Cervical nerve root blocks: can these be given intensively rather than one every three weeks for three months? I ask this as I benefitted from cervical blocks when they did the test runs , but now when they space them say 4 weeks apart and at a single spot i do not benefit. I am trying to hone in on conservative treatment rather than surgery of the spine which is risky. Diagnosis: 1. Ankylosing osteoarthritis C2/3 left, disc herniation C3/4 paramedian to the left; 2. Degenerative lumbar scoliosis with foraminal stenosis L3/4 right, osteoarthritis L2/3 left and L4/5 right and beginning segmental kyphosis L1/2 following laminectomy L2 and L3 2007.

General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

You can take cervical shots for long-lasting pain-free intervals. Once the monthly regime is preferred by most of the orthopaedicians.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
