Hi
I have gone through your complaints and reports.C3-C4 , C4-C5&C5-C6 anterior cervical discectomy and fusion with plate insertion. This is completely normal in present scan. Artifact due to plate is there.now C2-C3 diffuse disc bulge is there causing effacement of spinal canal and just touching anterior aspect of cord.neural foramen normal.it wont cause the intense head ache and especially back of head what you are complaining.dont be tense .some times anxiety or tension causes tension headache. Take rest. If pain is severe take simple analgesics like paracetamol 1000mg . If stil it is there check your eye power .any clarification if you need feel free to write.
Thank you
