General Surgeon 's  Response
Hello,

The heterogeneous patchy opacity in para cardiac region seems most probably of infective origin as bronchiectasis or pneumonia.

As there is symptomatic improvement with absence of other alarming signs, I request to continue the current medications and be in regular follow up with the doctor.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Bhagyesh V. Patel
