What Does This Chest CT Scan Test Result Indicate?

i am 55 year old male, with breatlessness and was asked to go for ct scan , my ct scan says , tiny nodule in lower lobe of left lung with thin bilateral pleural fibrotic strands. my skin complexion is going dark day by day and having trouble breathing. is it cancer ?

please go for biopsy of that nodule so that you can know whether it's benign or malignant.Treatment depends on biopsy report.
