What Does This Chest X-ray For Wheezing And Voice Hoarseness Indicate?
I have wheezing and animal like sounds coming from my throat when I lie down. I went to ENT and he could find nothing. my family Dr. gave me an inhaler but nothing seems to help. Had chest x-ray and have small amount of scarring on lungs. I have had this since November of 2014. I do not smoke and have never smoked.
As per your query you have wheezing and voice hoarseness from last one year . Well there can be many reasons for symptoms you mention in query like acute Laryngitis , vocal cord lesions , vocal hemorrhage , gastroesophageal reflux (GERD) and conditions like allergies, thyroid problems, trauma . I would suggest you to Otolaryngologists . Doctor may order certain test like endoscopy , X-ray and examination with laryngoscope . Doctor may prescribe antibiotics , anti inflammatory , anti histamine and an antispasmodic drug . For now apply warm compresses to throat and drink warm water mix with one spoon of honey .
Hope your concern has been resolved.
