What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Dear Doctor, I went for medical checkup. In the report they mention, The heart, mediastinum and pulmonary hila are unremarkable. The lungs are clear. There is no pleural effusion. The bony thorax is unremarkable. So I need your assistance that what is meaning for the heart, mediastinum and pulmonary hila are remarkable? Rest of others I understood with help of Wikipedia. Thanks and Regards, Balan.

General & Family Physician 's  Response
Heart as you know the blood pumping organ of the body. mediastinum is the central portion of thorax that is lined by loose connective tissue that contains heart, food pipe, wind pipe, and some lymph nodes but not lungs.
mediastinum is enclosed on the right and left by pleurae, the chest wall in front, the lungs to the sides and the spine at the back, the sternum in front pulmonary hilum means (singular for hila) the area on the medial aspect of lung which allows bronchi, pulmonary artery and vein to connect the mediastinal area and the lung tissue. In chest Xray these are examined because the change in position or shape of these structures coupled with patient symtoms help in diagnosing lung or heart problems.
