Hi,I am Dr. Shanthi.E (General & Family Physician). I will be looking into your question and guiding you through the process. Please write your question below.
I just had a chest X-ray that the radiologist report says there is a suggestion of some tiny nodules in the right mid lung. No pleural effusion or pneumothorax is seen. Hyperinflation is noted. So I had a chest CT today which was recommended by Radiologist. How worried should I be?
As per the given report the lesion seems like an old and heard lesion probably an old tuberculosis and not an active one. You can opt for a CECT to get a better clinical picture.
Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.
Regards,
Dr. Shinas Hussain, General & Family Physician
