What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

Could you please explain. The following. No new focal pulmonary opacity is identified. No evidence of pulmonary edema is seen. No acute intrathoracic disease seen. The cardiopericardial and mediastinal contours are unremarkeable. No acute osseous or pleural abnormality is demonstrated. Could you please explain the above in a lay mans term.
