General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello Dear. A low density may suggest a small lump or abscess or sometimes just an artifact while taking xray. The doctor needs to correlate with your history, signs and symptoms before arriving at a diagnosis.

I suggest you to go to a pulmonary physician who will take your thorough history, elicit signs and symptoms and correlate things with xray changes and arrive at a definitive diagnosis.

Hope i have answered your question. Feel free to contact me if you have any more questions. I ll be glad to help you.
All the best
With warm regards
