What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

increased bronchovascular markings in right lower zone and paracardiac region This is a chest X-ray report please explain what does this means and also I have been a patient of pnemothorax in 2012 but now I am having dull achy pain under my lower breast kind of rib pain ?

Hello,

Increased bronchovascular markings may be a sign of pulmonary or cardiac disease as well as a common finding that have no meaning. I don't think it has to do with the pneumothorax of the past. I suggest you to take a complete blood count to see for a possible infection and echocardiography to exclude a cardiac problem.
