What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

This is a report I received from a chest xray today. Can you help me dissect it in layman s terms? I am having trouble breathing and very tired all the time. EXAM: CHEST 2 VIEWS FRONTAL/LATERAL 2/27/2018 8:47 AM COMPARISON: No Prior HISTORY: Cough FINDINGS: Heart mediastinal silhouette have a normal appearance. Pulmonary vessels are unremarkable. Mild scarring or atelectasis at the lung bases. 0.3 cm probable calcified nodule in the right midlung field. No consolidation, pleural effusion or pneumothorax. Surgical clips overlie the right upper quadrant. IMPRESSION: No acute intrathoracic process.
