What Does This Chest X-ray Report Indicate?

I have a chest x-ray result stating the following veiling of left costo-phrenic angle increased broncho-vascular markings with hilar congestion peri brronchal thickenung and left peri-cardiac basal consolidation patch. I cant see a doctor for a few days and i am worried Is this anything to worry about. I appreciate your reply
